The Studio

Tucked into Maple Ridge since October 2026, Courtly Nail Studio offers a refined experience without the fuss. Instead, precise work, unhurried appointments, and a room that's easy to be in are just a few of what we offer. Priced so you don't need a special occasion to come.

Our studio is bright, uncluttered, and remains that way. Files are new for every guest, pedicure basins are pipeless and lined, and every tool and pedicure chair is disinfected between guests. The same attention we bring to the work itself.

Policies

A few things worth knowing before you reserve.

Health & safety

  • Our team does not remove ingrown nails or hair. That work belongs with a medical professional.
  • We cannot provide services on any area with an infection, fungal growth, or recent surgery.

Nail repair

  • Our studio takes pride in providing sturdy, long lasting nails. If your set is damaged early our team can provide minor repairs.
  • Complimentary nail repair is offered only on our Enhancement work.
  • Your repair must be requested within 7 days of the appointment it belongs to.
  • The repair itself must be scheduled to take place within 8 days of that appointment.
  • Repairs can only be scheduled via phone call. Let our receptionist know it is a complimentary repair.

Deposits

  • Any appointment scheduled to run longer than 3 hours requires a deposit.
  • When you reserve for more than one guest, the 3 hours is the combined time of every service booked for that day, not the time of any single sitting.
  • We ask for at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Guests with late cancellations or no-shows may be asked to secure future appointments with a deposit.

Deposits: Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • An appointment held with a deposit may be cancelled and refunded, or rescheduled, up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Where a deposit is processed for an appointment already inside that 24-hour window, the reservation is final. It cannot be refunded.

Refunds

  • Our studio does not offer refunds on services.
  • Any concern with your work should be raised during the appointment itself, while your artisan can still address it.

Monthly loyalty reward

  • Every guest is enrolled automatically. There is nothing to sign up for and no card to carry.
  • Visit in any month and we send you a loyalty reward by text and email the following month, usually as a code to use when you reserve online.
  • The reward changes from month to month, and it is good for the month it arrives.
